May 22, 2025 - All Spring Term 2025 (U2024S) courses, regardless of when the course starts (note 1,2,4)

Sept. 18, 2025 - Both Fall Term (U2025F) courses and Fall/Winter Term (U2025FW) courses (note 1,2,3)

Jan. 21, 2026 - U2025W for Winter Term courses (note 1,2)

May 21, 2026 - All Spring Term 2026 (U2025S) courses, regardless of when the course starts (note 1,2,4)

Note 1 - A $80.00 Late Payment fine will be charged after the payment due date.

Note 2 - Accounts with outstanding balances will be placed on hold.

Note 3 - Accounts with outstanding balances may be de-registered from your Winter courses.

Note 4 - Registrations made after the payment deadline are due within 24 hours of registering.

You can pay at any time after you register for your courses. However, for Fall and Winter Terms, we recommend you start classes first, make changes if necessary during the "Add/Drop period," and then make your payment by the deadline (noted above).

IMPORTANT:
Unless prior arrangements have been made (i.e. sponsored students) full payments is due on the posted tuition deadline in each term. Payment includes tuition, incidental fees, University of Winnipeg Students' Association fees, UWSA Health Plan fees and UWSA Building Fund fees.
If you’re taking a condensed or extended course, please refer to the separate Withdrawal schedule for those courses.

Student Union notices:

Students in 9 or more qualifying credits per term are automatically charged the U-Pass.
Students in 6 or more qualifying credits per term are automatically charged the Health Plan.
